TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using Spicy Scout at https://spicyscout.app ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.

3. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Spicy Scout is a web application that allows creators to find subreddits to post their content on.

4. PROHIBITED USES
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal content or activities
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our recommendation algorithms
- Use the Service if you are under 18 years of age
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. USER DATA
We collect the following user data:
- Name and email
- Stripe metadata for payments/subscriptions
- URLs submitted
- Tags/categories queried

We also collect non-personal data including web cookies and usage analytics.

6. DATA RIGHTS
You may request an export of your data or deletion of your account/data by emailing support@spicyscout.app. We will respond within 30 days.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Spicy Scout and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL SPICY SCOUT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes via email.
